Shipping Methods

We currently ship all orders via FedEx 2-Day Express, ensuring your products arrive quickly and safely. This expedited shipping method helps maintain product integrity during transit.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 business days within the continental United States
  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships

Shipping Costs

We offer Free shipping on all orders.

Note: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Special Handling

Products requiring temperature control are shipped with appropriate insulation and cooling materials. Please ensure someone is available to receive these packages promptly upon delivery.

Payment Options

At Peprion, we currently accept the following payment methods:

Zelle

Our preferred payment method is Zelle, which offers secure, fee-free transfers directly from your bank account. To pay with Zelle:

  1. Select Zelle as your payment method during checkout
  2. You'll receive payment instructions by email
  3. Complete the Zelle payment using your banking app or website
  4. Include your order number in the memo field

Cryptocurrency

We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) for purchases. To pay with cryptocurrency:

  1. Select cryptocurrency as your payment method during checkout
  2. You'll receive our wallet address and payment amount
  3. Complete the transaction using your crypto wallet
  4. Send us the transaction ID by email to confirm your payment

Credit Card Processing

Credit card payment processing is coming soon to our website. We're working diligently to implement this feature for your convenience.

Order Processing

Order processing timeline:

  • Zelle payments: Orders processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • Cryptocurrency payments: Orders processed once blockchain confirmations are complete (typically within 1-2 hours)
